I have got 4X aws certification and I have seen the actual hands on work and AWS certification is completely different thing

if you dont know boto3 , CLI or Node js AWS SDK you do not know AWS much

Creating CFT and some deployment in CI/CD is one time activity and you cannot create true aws solution using these but this is not realized in the actual exam and I guess these cannot be judged so certification is just a gateway.
